FCMB

FCMB Group released its half year 2021 results.

Gross earnings dipped by 4% from N98.1 billion in 2020 to N94.2 billion in 2021.

Profit before minimum tax fell by 19.5% from N11 billion in 2020 to N8.9 billion in 2021.

Profit after tax fell by 22% from N9.7 billion in 2020 to N7.5 billion in 2021.

The drop in profit was due to a drop in trading income and the non-occurrence of FX revaluation gains seen in H1 2020.
